Question by lucci1234: How long does it take to get my discharge letter in the mail?
i just claimed bankruptcy a few months ago and and had the meeting of creditors sept 19th. it is not nov 22 and the 60 days are up. does anyone now no how long till i should be recieving the dishcharge papers in the mail?

about a year?? it takes a while for a bankruptcy to be discharged.
